      HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

      Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.

      CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

      We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. So unfortunately, we’re unable to change an order once it is placed. Please definitely make sure all the details are correct when you confirm the checkout.

      THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT TO DO NOW?

      We usually stock pieces from our latest collection in a few weeks. So please sign up your email to be notified of a restock, and you shouldn’t miss out the next time.

      I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME?

      Please contact us immediately with your correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped we may be able to amend your shipping label accordingly, however if your order has already been packed and/or dispatched then we sadly cannot make any changes for you.

      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

      We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an e-mail with your order number, the name/product code and the picture of the item you received and further details of the problem within 90 days of receiving your order.

      I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL APPLY IT?

      Please contact us with your order number and promo code ASAP and we’ll do our best to take care of it!
